The Wine Master, Carmine Corelli, began making wine in his garage with his family of Italian immigrants when he was a young boy. In 2003, his entrepreneurial spirit brought him to Yorktown Heights in Westchester County in the Hudson Valley where he is fulfilling his lifelong dream of sharing his craft of wine making with his clients who also love and appreciate excellent wines.
With the first homemade wine center in Westchester County, Carmine Corelli went from a garage to a modern facility where his clients gather for hands-on wine making, (check out the winemaking process) sharing stories with other wine enthusiasts, all the while enjoying the tastes and sounds of Italy.
Come join the Wine Master and community of homemade winemakers and bring out the oenophile in you. Gather your friends who share your passion for wine and come experience the camaraderie and pleasure of wine making. Carmine’s philosophy about wine is that it should be enjoyed using all your senses (well, maybe not hearing). He believes that wine is about slowing down for a minute, relaxing, and taking the time to enjoy the special vintages that you create.
